Why did the customer contact us?

The customer found us through a google search. He read our reviews and contacted us.

There was a flood in their upstairs bathroom that leaked to the floor below.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived, we assessed the situation. We placed air scrubbers, air filters and dehumidifiers throughout the house.

We packed up all their unaffected belongings and stored them in an unaffected part of the house.

We removed all the damaged drywall, ceiling and tiles.

The customer was please that we were able to work and bill their insurance company, State Farms directly. They only had to pay for their deductible.
