The customer contacted us, they had a frozen pipe burst.

Solutions provided:

When we got to the customer's house, we packed up all their unaffected content and stored it.

We removed the water, placed dehumidifiers, air movers and scrubbers around the house.

We removed the damage sheet rock and ceiling.

The customer was happy that we could work and bill their insurance company, State Farms directly.
