Why did the customer contact us?

Frozen pipe burst causing water damage to ceilings, walls, etc.

Solutions provided:

Packed up contents of room and removed rugs. Covered furniture and sealed off room with plastic covering. Set up an air scrubber.

Tore out any damaged ceiling and drywall. Thoroughly cleaned the areas and applied antimicrobial to all affected areas. Set up air movers and dehumidifiers until the areas were dry.
