Why did the customer contact us?
Boiler malfunctioned and released water from baseboard heaters and wet a large amount of the home.
Solutions provided:
PDQ immediately extracted standing water, setup dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to stabilize the area. We helped the property owner put in the claim and took tons of photos to document the wet materials. We also set up an injectidry system to dry the walls in place after we applied an antimicrobial.
