Completion date: August 17, 2026

Location: Mendham, NJ

Solutions provided:

Peter T. contacted PDQ after a water leak affected the carpeting and wooden stairs in his home in Mendham, NJ. Upon arrival, our technicians inspected the affected staircase and surrounding areas for visible water damage and retained moisture. The carpet was removed from the stairs to expose the underlying wood and allow us to evaluate and dry the affected materials properly.

PDQ used professional drying equipment to address moisture in the exposed wooden stairs and surrounding areas. Moisture levels were monitored during follow-up visits to track the drying process and help prevent additional damage. Once the affected materials were properly dried, the Mendham, NJ home was left ready for the next stage of restoration.
