Why did the customer contact us?

Nora experienced a smoke loss at her home. This was due to her HVAC system catching fire and spreading smoke and soot throughout her house.

Solutions provided:

PDQ came in and documented the source of the loss. A professional cleaning team was brought in to clean all rooms, walls, contents, etc. An HVAC team was brought in to professionally clean the entire system. Hydroxyls were then placed to get ride of the smoke and soot smell that was originally present throughout the home.
