Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Highly recommended PDQ Fire & Water Damage Restoration if you ever have the need. They arrived 2 hours after our fire last night and within an hour or so had already sealed the fire damaged area, had hepa filter fans installed throughout the house and even had an electrician come through and inspect the entire house to ensure it was safe for us to stay in. They arrange any service you can imagine to restore your home, clean, remove soot and smoke damage and work directly with your insurance company without you even having to make a call. We had a electrical fire in our kitchen and it caused lots of smoke and odor damage. A very good friend of mine recommended PDQ Restoration. Tim and Elizabeth came out that afternoon and were extremely professional and detailed on showing me how far the soot had traveled and explaining the restoration process. They installed machines that night to help eliminate the odor and clean the air. The next day they had 9 people cleaning everything! They spoke to our adjuster and handled everything. Both the adjuster and I were very happy with how they performed the difficult job. Their communication throughout this process was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

PDQ responded to the call within one hour. The PDQ team tested the air for soot particles and began cleaning the ducts of the home and other impacted areas of the dangerous soot particles. PDQ was able to remove any unwanted smells and dangers from the smoke damage.

When we arrived to the Homeowner's home, we walked around and performed sponge tests throughout the home. There were remnants of soot everywhere; the baby's room upstairs, the living room, kitchen and bathroom. We explained to the Homeowner our plan of action. They had to leave their home since soot is dangerous, especially babies. We began by placing air scrubbers and hydroxyls on each floor. The HVAC system was cleaned, the entire house was cleaned. We worked and billed their insurance company directly. The Homeowner was pleased they only had to pay their deductible.

Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Homeowners call. We assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. The visibly upset Homeowner was calmed after we explained our detailed plan of remediation, how we would work and bill their insurance company, directly. And that we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE. Our Team started by bringing in our portable generators to set up hydroxyls, air filters, air scrubbers and air movers throughout the home to remove the soot and odors. When the electrical box was up to code, we hooked up the portable generator to give the house power. Our Team removed the affected materials and cleaned the structure.
