We had a soot problem over the weekend during a snowstorm and PDQ came in, Elizabeth & Timmy made us feel very comfortable since it was so overwhelming for us. They did a wonderful job, and I am just so pleased with them all & would recommend them to anyone.

PDQ is by far the best company, I would recommend them to my friends & family. I had a leak in my basement and they came in and conquered. I suggest everyone use PDQ!

Water Damage Parsippany NJ - PDQ Restoration

Our water heater flooded the basement and our insurance agent recommended PDQ to come out and help. They were here within 1 hour and were wonderful.

Comment: We had an electrical fire that resulted in smoke, fire, and electronics damage. Eddie was on the scene within hours of the fire. He set our minds at ease during a very stressful time. We hired PDQ early the next morning. Later that afternoon, we had an army of a cleaning crew attacking the damage. Cheryl coordinated all of the work and her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. John, David and Don were as friendly, accommodating, and thorough as they come. Once PDQ's work was done, they assured us that they were not going anywhere, and would give us any advice we needed on the balance of the rebuild. I love PDQ's business model. They work for the homeowner, not the insurance companies. Outstanding service... I strongly recommend PDQ.
