Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Homeowners call at the home in Sussex, New Jersey. We assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. The visibly upset Homeowner was calmed after we explained our detailed plan of remediation, how we would work and bill their insurance company, directly. And that we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE.
Our Team started by bringing in our portable generators to set up hydroxyls, air filters, air scrubbers and air movers throughout the home to remove the soot and odors. When the electrical box was up to code, we hooked up the portable generator to give the house power. Our Team removed the affected materials and cleaned the structure.
