Our IICRC-certified technicians set up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They sealed off the affected area, packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 3 days to dry.
The Client was thrilled that we could work and bill their insurance company, Progressive Insurance directly. They were only out-of-pocket, their deductible.
