The Client from West Orange, NJ had used a different remediation company, but they didn't finish the job properly. Their Public Adjuster suggested they call us to identify what other remediation would need to be done. Their stack pipe broke, causing water damage to several floors in their home.

We arrived at the homeowners in West Orange, New Jersey within 60 minutes of the phone call. We assessed the damage with the homeowners and discussed our plan of action.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took us an additional 4 days to fix what the previous company did not do properly. The Client was beyond thrilled that we successfully removed the affected materials and dried their home.
