The Client from Saddle River, New Jersey was referred to us through a mutual friend. They had a pipe break and it affected the upstairs.
Solutions provided:
We arrived to the Client's home in Saddle River, NJ within 60 minutes of their call. We assessed the damage along with the homeowners. we discussed our plan of remediation with the Clients.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 5 days to completely dry the home.
