Cheryl and her team have been absolutely amazing during this whole process. We suffered a fire in the office in October and their prompt responses and explanations of the process have been fantastic. When water was running down two stories of my interior walls and collecting in my basement PDQ was at my house within hours of the initial damages. PDQ was fantastic coming in and making sure we knew we were in good hands. Cheryl explained how everything works, got the right people involved and made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. It was extremely reassuring knowing that everything was going to be ok and that the right professionals were involved. Everything was up front, and the work was thorough as well high quality through and through.
