PDQ Restoration is true to it's name. They got to my home in just 30 minutes after my call to them. They are knowledgeable experts who put me at ease with the cleanup process and answered any and all questions I had, day or night. They went above and beyond by helping us to navigate the insurance process as well. I highly recommend them.

Although I've never even met Tim, I'm certain from our delightful conversation today that he is competent, and I know he's knowledgeable, and cares more for the people who contact him then he does about profits. He spent at least 1/2 hour talking to me about how to handle my situation on many levels ,with sound advice and great encouragement and support. You see, I am a 78 yr old senior, but it didn't seem to stop him (lol) in his effort to help. I would hire him sight unseen, w/o even an estimate visit. He's positive and confident and not afraid to give a reference when needed. You see, he's in New Jersey (my hone state) and I am in Ohio w family. Thanks Tim...I could say so much more....

We live in Morristown, NJ and came back from vacation to a flooded basement. Our furniture was actually floating! We found PDQ online and decided to use them based on their reviews. They answered their phone right away even though it was Saturday night. John came out within an hour and began pumping out our basement. John and his crew worked all weekend and made the process very easy. He even helped us put in the insurance claim and did all of the documentation. We are very happy with choosing PDQ Restoration.

I am definitely one of those people that will only write a remarkable review if it is truly deserved. So here it is...I moved into a home two weeks ago, three days later the main pipe backed up which resulted open drain throughout the house being a mess. It was a Sunday and had to call a Mr. Rooter Man to make an emergency home visit. After he came and drain the pipe, a huge mess was left. I called several different places and everyone wanted a very highly priced amount just to come out and give an estimate. I then came across PDQ and all I could say is, they were literally and figuratively a breath of fresh air! Elizabeth answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and very comforting. Not only was there no charge for coming out for an estimate but the representative John was at my front door within the hour! John who is not only so knowledgeable, but assessed the problem efficiently and thoroughly. He went through a very full description of what needed to be done then gave me a very descriptive detailed diagnosis of what needed to be done going forward. He provided his personal cell phone number with me so if I had any additional questions or concerns he was always reachable. Even when he was on another job his callbacks were quick and prompt. He was actually very helpful with providing other services that were needed to fix and complete this problem. I would absolutely 150% recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their services.Their staff is not only personable, knowledgeable but are quick working! The other companies had me waiting 2 to 3 days before they could even come to give an estimate. Thanks Elizabeth and John, it was a not so much of a good thing having your pipes back up, but you guys made it so much easier to get through!

Little bit of water damage in garage. Nart went out and determined no job for PDQ and recommended water proofing. Electrician said the walls were went and shorted out the electric. Why did we not address this? Classified as mold, but was a water damage lead.

PDQ documented the source and immediately began to clean up. Contents were boxed and thrown away that were too badly damaged and other contents were cleaned in place. All surfaces were then wiped down with a disinfectant. Work did not stop until no soot was left. A hydroxyl was placed in the kitchen to aid in eliminating any remaining odor left behind from the fire.

November 20, 2023 | Morristown, NJ

PDQ claimed all affected contents. Next was the removal the sewage. Then a team came in and cleaned all affected surfaces. Fans and dehumidifiers were then set up to bring the moisture level back down to normal. The basement was brought back to its original condition.

October 15, 2023 | Morristown, NJ

PDQ came in and started the cleaning and sanitation process. A complete cleaning time came in and used a top-down approach to get every single last bit of soot. Not only was the kitchen heavily clean but the whole entire house was due to the soot spreading.

August 02, 2023 | Morristown, NJ

PDQ contained the damaged areas in the kitchen and family room and completed water damage mitigation. The PDQ team searched for additional mold evidence on the ceiling in the living room/kitchen. Moisture was detected in the subfloor which required fans to be installed from the ceiling. The water-damaged carpet was pulled up during demolition and removed.

September 05, 2023 | Morristown, NJ

The team worked to control the damage and remove standing water. Water pumps and vacuums were placed to remove water. The drying equipment was left on site until the area was completely dry to avoid mold growth and mildew.
