We had a soot problem over the weekend during a snowstorm and PDQ came in, Elizabeth & Timmy made us feel very comfortable since it was so overwhelming for us. They did a wonderful job, and I am just so pleased with them all & would recommend them to anyone.

PDQ is by far the best company, I would recommend them to my friends & family. I had a leak in my basement and they came in and conquered. I suggest everyone use PDQ!

Water Damage Parsippany NJ - PDQ Restoration

Our water heater flooded the basement and our insurance agent recommended PDQ to come out and help. They were here within 1 hour and were wonderful.

Comment: Our experience with PDQ has been terrific. Cheryl our case manager immediately set my mind at ease and took charge with amazing professionalism. She assisted us every step of the way from insurance claim, to cleaning, to rebuild. She definitely helped make a difficult time more manageable and bearable.
John and his techs did a great job removing the soot, smoke and damage. The entire team was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use PDQ again (though no offense, hope I never need to).
