• Comment: Pros: Integrity, Work Ethics, Superior Customer Service
  PDQ Restoration is a company with a solid business model and uses it from start to finish including the employees they hire and contractors they refer to. Specifically, Project Manager Cheryl Knox is a woman who knows her job and performs it with skill and compassion. Clearly these home emergencies are very stressful for a homeowner and Cheryl manages this by communicating daily with you, sometimes multiple times if necessary , contacting the insurance company and collaborating with contractors then keeping you informed of the progress. I would not have been able to do this project without her skill, guidance and kindness. In addition to Cheryl Knox, I want to mention the following people and companies specifically because they are well deserving and it speaks to the integrity of PDQ's vetting process. Monica and her Team are quick, efficient and completed their part of the clean up to excellence, Chris, David and John worked in a hot, smelly, dirty basement for days, I never heard a complaint and they were always asking me "can we do anything more for you.....is there anything you need ?", Adam's Team from CRDN Textiles took every piece of clothing I own, and returned it cleaned and folded in a box, Clean Air Technologies worked quickly to remove soot from AC ducts, and Frank from Frank's Painting and Home Improvements is in the process of renovation with me now-communicating often, collaborating with the insurance company to explain and advocate for the cost of repairs. Everyone involved in this project has treated me and my home with respect and kindness and for that, I am grateful. This is a company I would recommend without hesitation.
