A ceiling fan caught fire in the upstairs bathroom. The resulting fire spread to the attic. The home smelled of smoke. Many surfaces, walls, and ceilings were covered in soot.
Solutions provided:
PDQ arrived on the scene and began removing insulation from the fire-damaged attic. The team began the demolition process in the bathroom where the ceiling fan caught fire. The team then proceeded to clean, dry, and ready the home for the rebuild stage of the fire remediation. Soot removal was completed in all impacted rooms.
