Job completed for Richard A.

Completion date: August 22, 2023

Location: Lake Hopatcong, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The kitchen was flooding with water and it was coming from the area of the dishwasher. Water was also flooding the basement. The homeowner was concerned about damage in the basement and to the structure of the flooring in the kitchen.

Solutions provided:

It was determined that the water supply line to the dishwasher had broken. A dehumidifier was placed in the kitchen along with one fan. Recommendations were made to have the flooring and sheetrock tested for asbestos. The cabinet for the dishwasher was soaking wet and was taken out. In the basement six fans, one air scrubber one dehumidifier were put in place. Moisture levels were monitored in the kitchen and basement.
