Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner contacted PDQ due to water damage from a wet carpet and floor. After initial inspection it was shown that the carpet floor and surrounding wall were soaked with water. At this point PDQ found the source of the problem to be a leaking pipe.

Solutions provided:

When the problem was found there was evidence of sewage. This involved having to complete a sanitization and cleanup of fecal matter around the affected area. After the initial stabilzation was done a plumber was called to fix the pipe. Finally the dryout stage of the process began which involved placing fans and dehumidifiers in all sewage/ water affected areas.
