Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called their plumber asking what to do when their toilet and sink overflowed. The plumber recommended PDQ to take care of the job. The sink in her bathroom and kitchen overflowed and flooded her bathroom. This resulted in damage to her bathroom contents, structure, and overflow to the basement that soaked the basement ceiling.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed and extracted all initial water from the initial visit to the home to complete immediate remediation. After this all contents affected were removed to be cleaned and all affected structural content was removed and dried. This involved placing drying equipment in the bathroom, kitchen, and basement area including fans / dehumidifiers. A separate drying chamber was also set up in the basement to isolate the drying area.
