Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us because there was a septic back up in the basement.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived, we assessed the damage. We packed up all the unaffected contents and moved them to an unaffected area for storage.

We removed the sewage and any damaged material. We dried out the area, used humidifiers, air scrubbers. We also had an ozone generator and hydroxyl generator set up to remove odor and airborne particles.

The customer was thrilled, that we could work with and bill their insurance company, USAA directly.
She did not have to pay out-of-pocket for more than her deductible.
