Job completed for Levi G.

Completion date: December 15, 2022

Location: Randolph, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client called, they found us through a Google search. Their half bath toilet backed up causing water and sewage damage to the bathroom.

Solutions provided:

Our Team arrived within 90 minutes to assess the damages along with the Homeowners. They discussed the plan of remediation. The clients were pleased to learn we could work with their insurance company, Philadelphia Contributionship, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for their house to dry-out.
