A pipe burst in the master bathroom - affecting bathroom and 2 rooms below.
Solutions provided:
PDQ moved out any contents that were in the way, protect their furniture with plastic covering and closed off rooms to prevent debris from spreading throughout the house and basement. Air scrubbers were set up to filter the air, as the affected dry wall was removed. Air movers and dehumidifiers were run until the space was fully dry.
The customer was happy to know that we could work directly with their insurance, USAA.
