Why did the customer contact us?

The Client was recommended to us from a friend. He had a pipe break in his basement. His finished basement, including his movie room and guest bedroom.

When we arrived, we thoroughly assessed the damage with the homeowner and explained our aggressive plan of action. The homeowner was pleased to know we could work directly with his insurance company, USAA.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process of the finished basement. We dried and packed up the unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of the home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited the home each day to look after the drying process, it took 7 days to completely dry out the finished basement.
