Why did the customer contact us?

Customer experienced a fire in his bedroom due to a space heater malfunctioning while he was in the lower level of his home.

Solutions provided:

PDQ team arrived after emergency responders put out the fire and got to work on clean-up. They assessed the damages and immediately discussed the plan of action with the homeowner. Our Team started the project by closing off the affected areas and performing debris removal. PDQ then placed HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls throughout the customer's home to begin the soot and odor mitigation. We then cleaned the HVAC air duct for soot and odor and replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.
