Why did the customer contact us?
The Homeowner called, they had a pipe break leading to damage to their ceiling, kitchen, laundry room and exterior wall.
Solutions provided:
When our Team arrived, they assessed the water damage along with the Homeowner. They explained the remediation process and started immediately.
They closed off the affected areas. Placed air scrubbers, dehumidifiers and air movers throughout the affected areas.
The affected materials were removed, an antimicrobial solution was applied to the affected areas. The drying equipment was set and monitored up for 5 days, till the areas were dry.
The Homeowners were pleased we could work and bill their insurance company, directly.
