The PDQ Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the call and began by immediately assessing the damages alongside the homeowners.

Our IICRC-certified technicians immediately placed HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the home.

They removed all the damaged materials. Our Team cleaned and sanitized the ceiling and wall studs.

They cleaned the HVAC air duct for soot and odor and replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.

The Homeowners were very grateful to find out that we have a NO SMOKE ODOR guarantee, so they could feel secure in their home after the project was completed. They were also satisfied with the PDQ service of being able to work directly with their insurance provider, All State.
