Completion date: December 1, 2020

Location: Springfield, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a sump pump failure and water proceeded into their finished basement. The Homeowner's main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived on site within 60 minutes of their call. They thoroughly assessed the damages along with the Homeowners.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. Our Team removed anything affected by water damage, including drywall and flooring. Antimicrobial solution was applied to all affected areas. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Homeowner was pleased it only took 6 days for their house to dry-out.
