Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. Our team placed blocks underneath the homeowner's undamaged items, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold issues down the road. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Homeowners were happy the only money out-of-pocket was their deductible.
