Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. He wanted an estimate for the water damage to his basement and walls.

Solutions provided:

When our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call, they thoroughly assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. They were delighted to know it would be covered by insurance and that we could bill and work directly with Pure Insurance, their insurance company.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. Antimicrobial solution was applied to all affected areas. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 3 days to dry their home.

The Homeowners were grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide.
