The Client was referred to us from their friend. Their sump pump failed and water proceeded to their finished basement area.

When our Project Managers arrived, they assessed the damages with the Homeowners. Our PMs determined the best solution to remediate the damage in their home.
Our Team began the water extraction process. They placed dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and drying fans throughout the basement. They placed blocks underneath the homeowner's storage tubs and undamaged items, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold issues down the road. As the drying equipment was used, our crew bagged and removed all affected materials from the area.
The Homeowners were thankful that PDQ Restoration could work directly with their insurance company.
