The Client found us through a Google search. A dehumidifier caught fire in the basement of the home, causing fire damage throughout.
Solutions provided:
Our Project Managers arrived and thoroughly assessed and documented the damages with the Homeowners.
Our Team placed HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the home. We cleaned and packed up their unaffected items and stored them in a POD, on their property. We had our technicians remove the damaged material and cleaned the structure. We cleaned the HVAC air duct sanitation for soot and odor. We replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.
The Customer was thrilled to learn we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE! And we can work directly with their insurance company, Travelers.
