Completion date: February 7, 2022

Location: New Vernon, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client was referred to us through a friend. They had a roof leak. Snow piled up along the roof and chimney, causing damage to the vaulted ceiling and under the laminate flooring. The homeowners main concern was how quickly we could begin the drying process.

Solutions provided:

When our Project Managers arrived on-site within 60 minutes of their call, they thoroughly assessed the damages and communicated the remediation process to the homeowners.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

The Homeowners were extremely grateful on how our team handled their urgency and the service that PDQ Restoration provided.
