The Client found us through a Google search. Their upstairs bathroom leaked and it went into their office and kitchen ceilings.
Solutions provided:
When our Project Managers arrived within 40 minutes of their call, they assessed the damages with the Homeowners. The PMs discussed in detail, the plan of remediation.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up 3 Injectidry units in the ceilings to begin the drying process. They also used high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to assist the drying process.
The Clients were thrilled that we could work and bill directly, their insurance company, Pure Insurance.
We went daily to look after the drying process by take moisture readings. It took 4 days to dry.
