Why did the customer contact us?

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived to the Client's home within 60 minutes of the call. They assessed the damages along with the homeowners and explained our plan of remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and Hydroxyls to begin drying and cleaning the area.

They bagged and removed affected materials. They placed a Hydroxyl in the kitchen to disinfect the area.

The Client's were pleased that we could work and bill their insurance company, NJM, directly.
