The Client was referred to us through a friend. They had a leak in the 2nd floor bathroom and it leaked into the garage, below.

Our Project Managers arrived to the home within 60 minutes of the call. They assessed the damages along with the Homeowners and discussed the plan for remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it the POD which was located on their property. With the Client's permission, they recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.

The Client was pleased to learn we could work with their insurance, All State, directly.
