Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a leak in the 2nd floor bath and it leaked through to the living room.

When our Team arrived, they inspected the damage and went over the course of action to restore the home properly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They sealed off the affected area, packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 3 days to dry.
The Client was thrilled that we could work and bill their insurance company, Progressive Insurance directly. They were only out-of-pocket, their deductible.
