Job completed for Liz R.

Completion date: July 20, 2021

Location: Stillwater, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search.
Her water heater broke and water got into the finished basement. She was pleased to learn that we could work and bill her insurance company, The Hartford, directly.

Solutions provided:

Once we arrived, we thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the remediation process to the homeowner. We started immediately.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials. We visited her home, daily to verify the drying process. It took 4 days to completely dry her basement.
