Why did the customer contact us?

The Client's plumber contacted us. Their home was under renovation and the supply line broke under the 2nd floor bathroom vanity, causing water damage to that floor and the first floor.

Solutions provided:

We arrived to the home within 60 minutes of the call. We assessed the damages with the plumber, contractor and homeowners. We discussed our plan of remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. They removed the affected materials. We visited the home daily to look after the drying process. It took 4 days to dry the house completely.
