The Client found us through a Google search. Their furnace leaked and water leaked onto the carpet in the finished basement.

We arrived at the Client's home within 60 minutes of their call. We inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in their home.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The house was dry within 3 days.

The homeowner was thankful for the urgency and service that PDQ restoration was able to provide.
