The Client found us through a Google search. Her washer just stopped working and it flooded the floor, as well as the finished basement. The homeowner was thrilled to learn we could work with her insurance company, Allstate directly.

We arrived within 60 minutes to the home. We inspected the damages with the homeowners
and discussed our plan of remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for their house to dry-out.

The homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ restoration was able to provide.
