Why did the customer contact us?

CASA's Public Adjuster contacted us. There was water damage throughout the tenant's space which caused damage to their contents.

Solutions provided:

We arrived to the Client's business and assessed the damages. We sat and discussed our remediation plan.

Our Team started immediately. They performed carpet extraction and steam cleaned the areas affected. They set up air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. They sealed the affected areas, covered to protect the unaffected furniture and removed unaffected items to the POD. They bagged and removed the affected materials. It took 5 days for the business to dry out, completely.
