The Client found us through a Google search. They had a pipe burst on the 2nd floor in their bathroom which caused the water to leak into their living room on the first floor.

We arrived within 60 minutes to the home. We inspected the damage with the homeowners
and discussed our plan of action. The homeowners were thrilled to learn they only had to pay out-of- pocket their deductible. PDQ can work and bill your insurance company directly.


Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 6 days for their house to dry-out.
