Why did the customer contact us?

The customer was referred to us through a Google search. His sump pump failed and water got into this sound studio.

Solutions provided:

We arrived to the Client within the hour of his call. We assessed the damages and explained our plan of action. He was delighted to know we could bill his insurance company, Pure Insurance directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying his studio. We packed and moved his unaffected items and moved them to a dry area. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
The Client was happy that it only took 3 days to dry-out.
