We arrived within 60 minutes of the call. We did a thorough assessment with the homeowners. We discussed our aggressive plan of action. The homeowners were delighted that we could work directly with their insurance company, Liberty Mutual.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls throughout the home to begin the drying process. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day until the house was completely dry.
