The Client was referred to us from his plumber. He had a pipe break affecting the upstairs bedroom.

When we arrived, we assessed the damages with the homeowner. We explained our plan of action. He was pleased to learn we could work and bill his insurance company, National General, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process. We packed up his unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of his home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited his home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for his house to dry-out.
