The Client was referred to us. There was a plumber error and the shut off valve failed, causing water to her unfinished basement.

When we arrived to her home, we assessed the damage and discussed our remediation plan. She was very pleased to learn we could work and bill her insurance company, Progressive insurance, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her basement. We packed up her unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of her basement. She was pleased that her house was dry in 3 days!
