Why did the customer contact us?
The Client was referred to us from her friend. The well bladder broke causing damage to their finished basement. Bamboo flooring affected.
Solutions provided:
We arrived to the Client's home within the hour. We assessed the damaged area and discussed our remediation plan with the homeowners. They were pleased to know we could work directly with their insurance company, Cumberland Mutual.
The Team set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process. We sealed off the affected area and packed up their unaffected items and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of all the affected material.
