The Client found us on a Google search. They had a leak in their bathroom.

We arrived within 90 minutes of the Client's call. We assessed the water damaged area. When we sat with the Client, we explained our remediation plan. He was happy to learn that we could bill and work directly with his insurance company, MetLife.
Our team started immediately and set up the equipment to start the drying process. We set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. We sealed off the affected area. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material. It took 3 days for the home to dry.
