Why did the customer contact us?

The Client's sump pump could not keep up in his finished basement. The Injector pump also backed up as a result.

Solutions provided:

We arrived at the Client's home and assessed the damage. We discussed our remediation plan with the homeowners. They were pleased that we could work directly with their insurance adjuster as well as their insurance company, American Family.

Our team started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home and contents. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. We covered to protect their unaffected furniture. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material. It took 9 days for the basement to completely dry.
